However, you should feel proud for accomplishing your goal and a damaged foot/butt is a small price to pay. Thanks for NOT sharing a picture of your butt.  You will heal. Now the tough part, what will you being doing to ensure that the healthy behaviors you exhibited for the ride continue in the future?</description>
