Last Friday, during a presentation of the Trust Tour to the human resource department of B.Braun, I was asked jokingly, “What do I when my wife asks me, ‘honey how do I look?’” Everyone laughed, but after thinking about it, I realized I did not have a good answer. What is the right way to respond to this very simple, yet important exchange in a marriage? Is it a lie to tell her (or him) you look great when they may not?
